Deposit and Payment Schedule

  1. Deposits: A deposit corresponding to 30% of the total cost of the product or service is required to initiate any project with Vioclick Tecnologia. This deposit is non-refundable and covers the initial costs associated with starting your project.
  2. Weekly Payments: Following the initial deposit, payments are scheduled on a weekly basis, ensuring that the project is fully paid upon completion. Access to servers, user credentials, and passwords for third-party services will be delivered once the final payment is received.

License and Third-Party Service Costs

Costs associated with licenses or third-party services, such as hosting, domain registration, or WordPress plugins, are included in the total price of the service and are disclosed to the client upfront. Once these services are acquired, they are non-refundable due to the nature of these costs, and so they will be deducted from the refund amount. We will provide receipts for these expenses y access to them when apply.


Project Pause and Resumption

Pausing Projects: At Vioclick Tecnologia, we understand that circumstances may arise which necessitate the temporary suspension of a project. Clients have the option to pause their project instead of proceeding with cancellation. This flexibility allows for the preservation of work completed and the opportunity to resume the project at a later date, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Notification: Clients wishing to pause their project must notify Vioclick Tecnologia via email at [email protected], specifying the reason for the pause and the anticipated duration, if known.
  2. Resumption Fee: Upon deciding to resume a paused project, clients may be subject to a resumption fee. This fee will be determined based on the length of the pause, the state of the project at the time of pausing, and any adjustments needed to realign resources for project continuation.
  3. Project Updates During Pause: During the pause period, Vioclick Tecnologia will secure all work completed up to the pause point. However, no active development or updates will occur until the project is officially resumed.
  4. Resuming Projects: To resume a paused project, clients should contact Vioclick Tecnologia to discuss the scope, timeline adjustments, and any changes in project requirements or costs that may have arisen during the pause period.


Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation and Refunds: Vioclick Tecnologia does not require a cancellation notice period. In the event of project cancellation by the client, any payments made beyond the initial deposit will be subject to a refund calculation. This calculation will deduct the hours worked on the project at a rate of $60 per hour and any non-refundable costs associated with licenses or third-party services.
  2. Processing Time: The determination of the refundable amount will take up to 15 business days, with an additional 15 business days to process the refund. Refunds will be issued via check, Zelle or Paypal.

Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of a dispute regarding refunds or services provided, Vioclick Tecnologia encourages negotiation between the parties as the primary method of resolution. If necessary, mediation may be sought, with the client responsible for any associated costs.

Clients wishing to request a refund or discuss billing matters may do so by emailing [email protected]. In-person discussions are also available for billing issues.

Project Progress and Payment

If Vioclick Tecnologia fails to deliver any project module or notify the client of progress, the client reserves the right to withhold payment for that week until the next progress update is provided.

Additional Agreements

Any matters not covered in this document can be discussed and agreed upon in a meeting between Vioclick Tecnologia and the client. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
